In this role, you will oversee end-to-end logistics strategies, optimize warehouse workflows, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations, integrating advanced automation technologies, and fostering sustainable shipping practices that drive our competitive edge in the North American market.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize inventory turnover and reduce lead times.
- Manage relationships with key 3PL providers and international freight carriers to ensure cost-efficiency and compliance.
- Utilize predictive analytics to forecast demand and adjust procurement cycles accordingly.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma) within distribution centers to enhance operational throughput.
- Direct cross-functional teams in the resolution of complex logistical bottlenecks and supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure all logistics operations remain strictly compliant with local, state, and international maritime and transport regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to executive leadership to guide strategic investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, operations, or distribution management.
- Proven track record of managing complex global logistics projects with significant budget responsibility.
- Expertise in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
- Professional certification such as CSCP, CLTD, or PMP is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
