Responsibilities
- Architect and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize global freight and last-mile delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP integrations.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with 3PL providers, carriers, and vendors to ensure cost-efficiency and service reliability.
- Develop and monitor KPI dashboards focusing on on-time delivery (OTD), inventory accuracy, and total landed cost.
- Drive sustainability initiatives by optimizing route density and reducing the carbon footprint of the distribution network.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales departments to refine demand forecasting and S&OP processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in large-scale logistics or supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Oracle SCM, or Blue Yonder.
- Active APICS certification (CSCP or CPIM) and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt highly desired.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and complex vendor ecosystems.
- Expert-level analytical skills with experience in Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
