You will play a pivotal role in shaping our logistical infrastructure, leveraging data-driven insights to streamline procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery processes in an increasingly digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs and growth targets.
- Optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory turnover rates to minimize overhead costs.
- Negotiate and maintain strategic partnerships with global freight forwarders and local 3PL providers.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvements.
- Analyze supply chain data to forecast demand and mitigate risks in real-time.
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint of our distribution fleet.
- Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international transportation regulations.
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly desirable.
