Responsibilities
- Design and optimize multi-modal transportation networks for 15+ regional distribution centers
- Implement predictive analytics for inventory management and demand forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in crisis management and contingency planning
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon footprint reduction programs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Oversee compliance with ASEAN customs regulations and international trade laws
- Develop KPI dashboards for real-time supply chain performance monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in international logistics operations
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and WMS platforms
- Demonstrated success in lean Six Sigma projects (Green Belt minimum)
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency for APAC stakeholder engagement
- Experience managing teams of 10+ across multiple time zones
- Expertise in customs clearance and regulatory compliance for SEA markets
