Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement cost-optimization strategies while maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in digital transformation projects (ERP/WMS implementation)
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in supply chain operations with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ while improving service levels
- Strong knowledge of APAC trade regulations and customs procedures
- CSCP or CPIM certification required (SCMP preferred)
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin advantageous
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams in multinational environments
