Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs and enhance service levels
- Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for transportation and warehousing services
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and security protocols
- Drive digital transformation projects including warehouse automation and TMS implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics tools
- Proven track record of optimizing transportation networks and inventory turnover
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations (FTZ, customs compliance)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
