Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless movement of goods across domestic and international markets.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational costs by 15% annually.
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and global carriers to ensure KPI compliance and service excellence.
- Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting models to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate favorable vendor contracts and service level agreements.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by integrating advanced TMS and WMS platforms.
- Mentoring junior operations analysts and ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing operations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of lean methodology, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement frameworks.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable business intelligence.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- APICS or CSCP certification is highly regarded.
