- Analyze supply chain data using ERP/MRP systems to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards
- Manage continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with global partners to optimize multi-modal transportation networks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations management
- Expertise in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15% or more
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations (Incoterms, customs compliance)
- Professional certification (CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD) highly desirable
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Advanced problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
