Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, and transportation networks
- Implement data-driven analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and reduce operational costs
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, and distribution
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Drive sustainability initiatives by optimizing routes and reducing carbon footprint across operations
- Collaborate with global partners to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations within logistics or manufacturing
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance
- Fluency in English and Dutch; proficiency in other European languages is advantageous
- Certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or Six Sigma) highly valued
