Responsibilities
- End-to-end supply chain optimization across 5+ countries
- Implement AI-driven inventory forecasting and demand planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in process re-engineering projects
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic contracts
- Develop KPI dashboards and performance analytics
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations
- Oversees warehouse automation implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive supply chain experience
- APAC regional operations management expertise
- Proficient in SAP SCM and TMS platforms
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Experience with customs brokerage regulations
- Strong data analytics background
