Collaborate with our Singapore R&D center to implement AI-powered demand forecasting and blockchain-enabled supply chain transparency.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies covering procurement, warehousing, and distribution across 8 countries
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement SAP S/4HANA logistics modules and IoT-enabled warehouse automation
- Develop KPI dashboards monitoring transportation costs, inventory turns, and carbon emissions
- Negotiate strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers for APAC routes
- Drive continuous improvement projects targeting 15% cost reduction through lean methodology
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international trade laws
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions including port congestion and customs delays
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration with 8+ years' experience
- CSCP or CPIM certification from APICS with proven track record in multinational operations
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and Power BI analytics tools
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and Singapore Free Trade Zone regulations
- Experience managing cross-border e-commerce fulfillment networks
- Strong negotiation skills with documented savings of $500K+ annually
- Project management certification (PMP) with experience leading ERP implementations
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin preferred for regional coordination
