Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, procurement, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics solutions to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal service/cost balance
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with global partners to maintain seamless cross-border logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations management
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and distribution network design
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of EU customs regulations and INCOTERMS
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation preferred
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional European languages highly valued
