Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, transportation coordination, and warehouse optimization
- Develop and implement data-driven logistics strategies to reduce costs by 15-20% while improving delivery accuracy
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and customs authorities to ensure seamless cross-border operations
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Monitor KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, and freight spend; provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions and port congestion scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; MBA or CPIM preferred
- Minimum 5+ years progressive experience in international logistics operations with EU port exposure
- Expertise in customs compliance, Incoterms, and EU regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms and data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven track record of optimizing multi-modal transportation networks (sea/rail/road)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German proficiency highly valued
