We're seeking a visionary Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end logistics operations across 12 countries, ensuring seamless movement of goods while optimizing cost and efficiency. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Implement and optimize WMS/TMS systems to enhance operational visibility and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve KPIs: on-time delivery (>98%), inventory turnover (6x), and cost reduction targets
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and manage vendor relationships
- Analyze logistics data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous process optimization
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ in leadership
- Proven expertise in WMS/TMS implementation and data-driven decision making
- Certification in SCPro, CSCP, or CPIM strongly preferred
- Experience managing cross-border logistics in APAC region
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to lead crisis management initiatives
