Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize fulfillment timelines and reduce overhead costs.
- Oversee warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation planning to ensure 99% on-time delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate freight contracts to maintain cost-effective logistics channels.
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and safety standards.
- Develop robust contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions and inventory shortages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain management.
- Expert-level proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced WMS platforms.
- Proven track record in driving digital transformation and automating supply chain workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- APICS (CSCP/CPIM) or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a history of mentoring high-performing operational teams.
