Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies while maintaining service excellence
- Lead cross-functional teams in process optimization and continuous improvement
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to forecast demand and mitigate risks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in logistics technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations management
- Advanced certification in APICS or CSCP preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics tools
- Proven track record in optimizing multi-regional supply chains
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous
