Join GlobalLogistics Solutions as a Supply Chain Operations Manager and lead the optimization of our Asia-Pacific distribution network. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of inventory management, freight coordination, and vendor relationships within our dynamic logistics ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce operational costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks and improve KPIs
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders and 3PL partners across SEA markets
- Develop and maintain inventory optimization strategies using AI-powered analytics
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international trade standards
- Drive digital transformation of supply chain processes through ERP/TMS implementation
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or multinational supply chain operations
- Advanced certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Proven expertise in inventory management and demand forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Experience managing cross-border logistics within Southeast Asia
- Exceptional leadership abilities with demonstrated team development success
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia advantageous
