Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize cost-efficiency and delivery timelines
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and carriers to ensure service level agreements are met
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless product flow from supplier to customer
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software (SAP, JDA, Manhattan Active) and data analytics tools
- Strong knowledge of transportation modes, warehousing systems, and inventory optimization
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive KPI improvements
- Certifications in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making capability
