Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Optimize logistics networks using data analytics and AI-driven forecasting tools
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL providers
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint in logistics operations
- Collaborate with tech teams to implement WMS/TMS automation solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations
- CPIM or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM and logistics analytics platforms
- Proven track record of optimizing distribution networks
- Experience managing international freight and customs compliance
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
