Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, and distribution across 5+ countries
- Optimize transportation networks to reduce costs by 15% while maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery performance
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems with real-time visibility for 10,000+ SKUs
- Lead continuous improvement projects in lean logistics and sustainability practices
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with top-tier logistics providers
- Develop KPI dashboards and analytics reports for executive stakeholders
- Mentor a team of 8 supply chain professionals through performance development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Analytics (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in international supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SCM, Oracle Transportation Management, and Power BI
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or equivalent certification
- Demonstrated success in optimizing multi-regional logistics networks
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis and ROI modeling
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa for regional operations
- Experience implementing sustainability initiatives in logistics operations
