Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and distribution networks
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce operational costs by 15-20% annually
- Lead cross-functional teams in APAC region to ensure KPI achievement
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical risks
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for real-time data analysis and reporting
- Optimize transportation modes (air/sea/land) for cost and carbon efficiency
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure compliance with ASEAN trade regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ years in managerial roles
- APAC regional experience with Singapore/Malaysia operational knowledge
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in supply chain analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong vendor management experience with 3PL partnerships
- Proven track record of reducing lead times and improving inventory turns
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
