Responsibilities
- Optimize multi-modal transportation networks across 15+ countries
- Implement AI-powered demand forecasting systems with 95%+ accuracy
- Oversee warehouse automation projects reducing handling costs by 30%
- Develop crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities across the value chain
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering
- 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ in management
- APAC customs compliance and INCOTERMS expertise
- SAP SCM and Oracle Transportation certification required
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Experience with TMS/WMS implementation in high-volume environments
- Strong data analysis skills with Power BI proficiency
- Fluency in English with Mandarin/Cantonese advantageous
