Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize costs and delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing supply chain initiatives and process improvements
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced tools to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Manage relationships with key vendors, carriers, and 3PL partners across APAC
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies and digital transformation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven experience optimizing logistics networks across APAC markets
- Strong negotiation skills with vendor management and contract experience
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM highly desirable
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency advantageous for APAC operations
