Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs by 15%
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Monitor KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, and freight spend with data-driven decision making
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and establish performance metrics
- Oversee implementation of ERP/WMS systems and process automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, customs compliance, and cross-border logistics
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and supply chain visualization tools
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
