Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management, warehouse operations, and distribution networks to ensure 99.5% on-time delivery rates
- Develop and implement S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes to align supply chain activities with business objectives
- Analyze KPIs including lead times, inventory turnover, and transportation costs to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and customer service to resolve supply disruptions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners and carriers to ensure service level compliance
- Implement ERP system enhancements (SAP/Oracle) for supply chain visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand forecasting, and network design
- Proficiency with supply chain analytics tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ annually
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-border supply chains and international compliance
