- Optimize inventory levels across 15+ distribution centers using AI-driven forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop vendor management protocols for strategic partnerships
- Analyze supply chain KPIs to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations (ITAR, FDA, CBP)
- Drive digital transformation projects in WMS/TMS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in supply chain leadership with 3+ in management roles
- Expertise in lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification a plus)
- Proficiency in SAP SCM, Oracle JDA, or equivalent enterprise systems
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain modeling
