Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations across 3PL warehouses and transportation networks
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce lead times and cut operational costs by 15%+
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and carriers
- Develop data-driven demand forecasting models using SAP and Oracle SCM tools
- Ensure compliance with ISO 28000 security standards and customs regulations
- Lead continuous improvement projects focusing on carbon footprint reduction
- Coordinate crisis response for supply chain disruptions and port delays
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in international logistics operations
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP EWM, Oracle WMS, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain KPI optimization
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CILT) required
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German proficiency highly valued
