Responsibilities
- Oversee 3PL partnerships and warehouse network performance across 5+ distribution centers
- Implement demand forecasting models using AI-driven analytics tools
- Lead cross-functional projects for inventory optimization and lead time reduction
- Develop and execute crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Manage customs compliance and international trade documentation
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen methodologies
- Lead a team of 15+ supply chain professionals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in supply chain management with 5+ in leadership roles
- APICS or CSCP certification mandatory
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS technologies
- Proven track record in optimizing LCL/FCL shipping routes
- Experience with customs regulations in 5+ ASEAN countries
- Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency for data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
