Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics network optimization
- Lead strategic vendor negotiations and develop robust partnership frameworks for 3PL providers
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce operational costs and improve delivery KPIs
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through ERP/WMS system integrations and data analytics
- Manage cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and distribution channels
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in inventory optimization, demand planning, and logistics network design
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP strongly preferred
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Strong understanding of APAC trade regulations and customs compliance
