You'll lead cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and implement cutting-edge digital solutions in our state-of-the-art Singapore headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement strategic logistics optimization plans using AI-powered analytics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Lead continuous improvement projects targeting 15%+ cost reduction annually
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Coordinate crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor a team of 8+ logistics professionals through performance development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in international supply chain operations
- Proven track record implementing ERP/WMS systems (SAP or Oracle experience required)
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in customs compliance and international trade regulations
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Power BI/Tableau
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
- Experience managing teams across APAC markets
