Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across air, sea, and land freight networks
- Lead continuous improvement projects reducing logistics costs by 15-20% annually
- Manage vendor relationships with 3PL providers and negotiate service-level agreements
- Oversee inventory management systems achieving 95%+ stock accuracy
- Develop crisis management protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Analyze KPIs including OTIF rates, inventory turnover, and transportation costs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and distribution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in supply chain operations with 3+ years in managerial roles
- APAC regional logistics experience with multi-modal transportation expertise
- Proficiency in SAP SCM, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience (Power BI/Tableau)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required for regional stakeholder management
