Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring 100% on-time performance targets are met.</li><li>Analyze logistics data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight forwarders, and warehouse vendors to negotiate favorable contracts and terms.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain coordinators and analysts, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.</li><li>Develop and maintain robust inventory management systems to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports and operational forecasts for executive stakeholders.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Masterâs degree preferred).</li><li>Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, or a related role.</li><li>Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Associates is highly required.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-driven decision-making.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills to effectively manage external partners and internal teams.</li><li>Certification in APICS (CPIM/CSCP) or Six Sigma is a significant plus.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak seasons.</li></ul>
