Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution across multi-modal transportation networks.
- Optimize warehouse management systems (WMS) to improve inventory turnover and fulfillment velocity.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate freight contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and performance reliability.
- Implement lean methodology initiatives to reduce operational waste and streamline cross-functional workflows.
- Analyze complex logistics data to provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards.
- Mentor and develop high-performing warehouse and logistics teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or transportation management.
- Expertise in ERP and WMS platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder).
- Demonstrated success in managing logistics budgets exceeding $5M annually.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of driving cultural and process change.
- APICS or CSCP certification is considered a strong asset.
