Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement strategic logistics solutions to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Analyze supply chain data using advanced analytics to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key logistics partners
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between warehousing, transportation, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in supply chain operations management
- Expertise in inventory control, demand forecasting, and network optimization
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (Manhattan, Blue Yonder)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly desirable
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving logistics initiatives
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
