Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage strategic supplier relationships
- Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting and replenishment planning
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service excellence
- Oversee compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and KPI monitoring
- Manage cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and customer service
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and cost reduction
- Certification in SCMP, CSCP, or CPIM preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience managing cross-border operations in APAC region
