Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing lead times by 20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in S&OP planning and inventory optimization
- Implement ERP system enhancements for real-time visibility across 5 distribution centers
- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for geopolitical disruptions and climate volatility
- Drive sustainability initiatives targeting 30% reduction in carbon emissions
- Manage $50M+ vendor relationships through strategic negotiations
- Lead digital transformation projects using IoT and blockchain technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive supply chain management experience
- CSCP or CPIM certification required
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and network design
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Power BI analytics
- Proven track record leading cost-reduction initiatives (>$2M savings)
- Experience managing international trade compliance and customs brokerage
- Strong change management skills for ERP implementations
