Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Optimize logistics networks through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service excellence
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable contracts
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for inventory and logistics management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics/supply chain management
- Proven track record optimizing global supply chains with measurable cost savings
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (SAP TM, Oracle TMS)
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Experience managing international trade compliance and customs regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
