Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies spanning procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Analyze logistics data to identify cost-reduction opportunities and KPI improvements
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing lean initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal pricing and service levels
- Oversee warehouse operations, transportation networks, and 3PL partnerships
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analytics tools for decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ in leadership
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or APICS CPIM designation
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network modeling
- Proven success implementing ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
- Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze P&L and operational metrics
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Excellent problem-solving skills with Six Sigma or Lean certification
