Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies across procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Leverage data analytics to optimize transportation routes, reduce lead times, and minimize carrying costs
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key suppliers in 15+ countries
- Oversee ERP system implementation and continuous improvement of SCM processes
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical impacts
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint in logistics operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and network modeling
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- CSCP or CSCP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+ through process optimization
- Experience managing international supply chains in APAC region
