Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and distribution networks across 3 APAC regions
- Implement IoT and AI-driven logistics solutions to enhance visibility and reduce lead times
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma)
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and 3PL providers
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover) and develop actionable improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8+ years in supply chain leadership with 3+ in APAC markets
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics platforms
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Proven experience optimizing multi-modal transportation networks
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional ASEAN languages a plus)
- Track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ in complex environments
