Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution across APAC
- Implement AI-driven logistics optimization strategies reducing costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams of 12+ professionals to execute multi-million dollar logistics projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners including port authorities, customs agencies, and 3PL providers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives achieving 95%+ inventory accuracy and 30% faster lead times
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and Oracle systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive experience in supply chain management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Expertise in international trade regulations, customs compliance, and APAC logistics networks
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics analytics tools
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs while improving service levels
- Strong negotiation skills with vendor management experience
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, or CLTD) highly desirable
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency considered advantageous
