Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for multi-industry clients
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce carrying costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, warehousing, and transportation
- Analyze KPIs to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate strategic partnerships
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs protocols
- Drive digital transformation initiatives using AI-powered logistics platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in APAC
- Expertise in inventory optimization and demand forecasting methodologies
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- Proficiency in SAP SCM, Oracle, and logistics analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Singapore's customs regulations and FTAs
- Proven track record of leading cross-cultural teams in matrix organizations
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
