Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery performance
- Analyze supply chain data using ERP systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key vendors
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain with business objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years progressive experience in supply chain management or logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Certification in APICS CPIM or CSCP highly desirable
- Expertise in transportation management systems (TMS) and inventory optimization
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs and improving service levels
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments
