Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies reducing costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and distribution channels
- Optimize inventory management systems to maintain 98%+ service levels
- Analyze logistics data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with key partners
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
- Oversee warehouse automation projects and process re-engineering initiatives
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain management experience in APAC markets
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (Blue Yonder, Manhattan)
- Proven track record of optimizing logistics networks reducing operational costs
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP highly advantageous
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing cross-cultural teams
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages beneficial)
