Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
- Leverage data analytics to optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and inventory turnover
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective sourcing and delivery
- Oversee compliance with customs regulations, safety standards, and sustainability initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools
- Certification in CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma Green Belt
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and performance optimization
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs while improving service levels
