Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies for multinational clients
- Optimize inventory management systems to reduce costs by 15-20%
- Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, warehousing, and distribution
- Analyze supply chain data using SAP and advanced analytics tools
- Develop risk mitigation plans for global disruptions and port congestion
- Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- 7+ years experience in international supply chain operations
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- CPIM or CSCP certification required
- Proven track record in cost optimization and process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Dutch; German proficiency preferred
