Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to reduce costs and improve delivery performance
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, carriers, and 3PL partners
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years progressive experience in supply chain management or logistics operations
- Proven track record optimizing supply chain processes with measurable cost savings
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- CSCP, CPIM, or CSCP certification preferred
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
