Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to reduce costs by 15% while improving delivery reliability
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, and distribution across 5+ regional warehouses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance logistics technology adoption (WMS, TMS)
- Analyze KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover) and implement continuous improvement processes
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with 3PL partners
- Lead sustainability initiatives to achieve carbon-neutral logistics operations
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions and geopolitical risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within APAC
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs and improving service metrics
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and logistics technology integration
- CSCP or CPIM certification strongly preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in other regional languages a plus
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
