Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Oversee transportation networks, including LTL, FTL, and international freight management
- Optimize inventory levels through demand forecasting and JIT implementation
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and carrier partners
- Analyze KPIs including OTIF, inventory turnover, and freight costs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and network design
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- CPIM or CSCP certification highly desirable
- Experience managing international supply chains and customs compliance
- Exceptional project management and leadership abilities
