Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations from procurement to final-mile delivery
- Optimize inventory levels and warehouse management systems
- Develop strategic partnerships with 3PL providers and key vendors
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining service excellence
- Analyze KPIs for delivery accuracy, lead times, and inventory turnover
- Lead cross-functional teams in continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business
- Minimum 5+ years in supply chain leadership within logistics
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms
- CSCP or CPIM certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Proven track record in optimizing multi-region logistics networks
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities
